Job Title: Scheduler/Planner
Location: Chatham
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an organised and proactive Engineer Scheduler to join our busy client based in Chatham. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate engineer's daily jobs and appointments
• Liaise with customers and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Respond to scheduling changes and emergencies promptly
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems
• Support the wider team with general administration tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
