Scheduler / Service Administrator

Scheduler required for our client, who provide bespoke and innovative engineering solutions across the building services, HVAC, fabrication and engineering sectors. They are currently expanding their business and are looking for a Work Planner to assist.

They are offering a salary ranging from £25,000 - £30,000, 25 days annual leave and a 37.5-hour week, working hours Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30.

The Scheduler would be tasked with liaising with both their engineers and clients, scheduling ppm and reactive works, booking repairs, checking and updating portals, preparing and maintaining operational reports, meeting KPIs and, handling timesheets.

They are looking for a Candidate who has similar experience working as a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Works Planner or Works Scheduler for an engineering company.

It is an office-based position so it is expected that the Scheduler will be able to commute to the office each day, located in Rochester, Kent - Free onsite parking.

• Previous experience in a Service Administration position
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communications skills dealing with Engineers and Clients
• Confidence
• Able to work in a fast paced working environment
