Job Description - Scheduling Assistant

We're looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join the Auger team based at our head office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth £28,267.05

Financials



  • Starting Salary - £24,784.50 (for over 21 year olds)

  • Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500 

  • 5.5% Pension Contribution 



Working Hours



  • Full Time – 37.5hrs per week



Leave



  • 22 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays

  • AL increases to 25 days within 5 years' service

The Role



  • Part of a team responsible for scheduling appointments for our 150+ nationwide engineers. 

  • Call to appointments to book

  • Action inbound emails 

  • Liase with engineers /suppliers to co-ordinate appointments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally

  • A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound / outbound phone calls, and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality

  • A passion for customer care and an empathetic approach

  • Strong teamwork attributes and a desire to help colleagues

  • Ability to adapt your approach to suit different customer circumstances, and think quickly to resolve their problems calmly

  • Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
