Job Description - Scheduling Coordinator

Are you a Personable, Motivated and Hardworking individual with Scheduling or Office experience looking for a new challenge working for a leading company within their industry?

If so, this could be the role for you...

DAY TO DAY:

  • Dealing with incoming enquires from customers
  • Liaising with internal teams to schedule appointments
  • Supporting with general administrate tasks to support the team

We Would Love to See:

  • Proven scheduling or office experience
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Hardworking and able to multi-task
  • Great attention to detail

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
