Job Description - Scheduling Coordinator

What you would do as our Scheduling Coordinator


As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating engineering resources to ensure the successful delivery of service, installation, and maintenance activities. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and a high level of customer satisfaction.


Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and Assisting service delivery.


 


You would also:


• Schedule field engineers for reactive call-outs, installations, and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.


• Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating appointments and providing timely updates.


• Maintain accurate records within service management systems, Assisting reporting, KPIs, and data integrity.


• Assist operational processes including quotations, invoicing, stock coordination, and service contract tracking.


• Partner with engineering, project, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolving scheduling challenges efficiently.


 


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:


• Has experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles, ideally within a service or operations environment.


• Is highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced setting.


• Has strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and internal teams.


• Is confident using IT systems, including CRM or service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office.


• Demonstrates a proactive, positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
