Scheduling Operations Senior Planner

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, building strong relationships and finding solutions when priorities change. You'll play a key role in coordinating customers, operatives, supervisors and colleagues, ensuring services run smoothly and customers receive the right support at the right time.

What you'll be doing

You'll help manage the day-to-day scheduling and planning of essential services, balancing customer needs with operational priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and overseeing scheduling activity to ensure appointments and services run efficiently.
Supporting a team of planners and helping colleagues develop their skills and confidence.
Working closely with customers, operatives, supervisors and internal teams to resolve issues and keep services moving.
Managing changing priorities and finding practical solutions when plans need to adapt.
Considering customer vulnerability and individual circumstances when making scheduling decisions.
Helping maintain high standards of customer service and operational performance.
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment where people are supported to succeed.

What you'll bring

Experience working in a fast-paced scheduling, planning or operational environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to make confident decisions and solve problems effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
