Are you passionate about supporting older people? My client is looking for a compassionate and proactive Scheme Manager to join a well-established charitable organisation in Richmond.

This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to be a vital part of a close-knit community, where your work directly enhances the lives of older residents.

• Be the friendly face and dependable presence across multiple estates.
• Provide tailored support to residents, from daily check-ins to weekly visits, based on individual needs.
• Use systems and safety devices to ensure residents’ wellbeing.
• Keep clear, confidential records to support communication with families, GPs, and social services.
• Write insightful reports for Trustees on any significant support provided.

• Experience working with older people in a supportive role.
• Confidence using computers and digital systems.
• A self-starter attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Must live within 10–15 minutes of central Richmond for emergency responsiveness.
• Willingness to undergo DBS checks and provide references.
