Scheme Manager

We're looking to recruit experienced Scheme Managers in the Merseyside region to support our Social Housing clients on an ongoing, temporary basis with hourly rates up to £17ph.
Key responsibilities:
Creating a positive environment for resident engagement and encouraging to get involved in events at the scheme or within the community
Daily wellbeing calls and responding to emergency calls
Conducting routine health & safety checks and testing fire safety equipment
Reviewing and updating risk assessments
Voids, lettings, viewings and inductions
Providing advice on low level rent arrears
Managing and investigating complaints of low level anti-social behaviour
Completing referrals for aids, adaptations and other technology to support residents to remain independent in their own homes
Reporting repairs and liaising with internal teams to ensure work is carried out within agreed timescales
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a similar role/setting, providing housing and tenancy management, ideally with older and vulnerable people
Experience of completing risk assessments and support plans, crisis management and managing overall health, safety and compliance
Experience of providing budgeting advice and knowledge of the welfare benefit system
Ability to use a range of ICT packages and systems
