This role is suited to someone who is an excellent communicator and enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds. We are looking for someone who can build a good rapport with tenants, contractors, and external agencies. This role is suited to an organised individual, who can work independently and enjoys managing their own workload. What we need from you: Experience in a similar customer focused role, preferably in a housing environment / older person living setting. An understanding of housing benefit, universal credit and welfare reform legislation. Strong communication skills, with colleagues and customers alike, in an engaging and welcoming way. A willingness to find a solution for customer's individual needs, including effectively negotiating care and support with partner agencies. A willingness to work collaboratively across the business and with Linc's partners, i.e. Local Authorities, Welsh Government, third sector etc to ensure best practice and continuous improvement is adhered too. Strong IT skills, with willingness to learn new systems as required. Attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
