The Role

As a School Administrator, you will:

• Provide high-quality administrative support across the school.


• Act as a first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies.


• Manage and update school records, databases, and correspondence.


• Support the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day operations and communication.


• Assist with attendance monitoring, admissions, and general office tasks.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting.


• Demonstrates excellent communication and IT skills (SIMS experience desirable).


• Is highly organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities.


• Works well under pressure in a busy office environment.
