About the Role

You will work at the heart of school operations, supporting attendance, communication, data processes and daily administration. No two days are the same — the role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, accuracy and fast-paced teamwork.

You will be responsible for:

• managing student and staff enquiries at reception


• supporting with attendance monitoring and first-day calling


• updating records, timetables and documents on SIMS/Arbor


• handling email inboxes and distributing communications


• supporting with events, meetings and parent evenings
