My client are a local secondary school in Finchley. They are currently looking for a temporary Office Administrator to join their team to work with the senior leadership team.

Main duties include:

making appointments, maintaining the electronic diary for SLT using MS Outlook
Scheduling lesson observations as required and arranging follow up meetings
Carrying out a range of administrative and clerical functions i.e. typing, maintaining spread sheets, filing, photocopying etc
Supervising the arrangements for all relevant meetings as requested, including room booking, preparation of materials and minute taking when required
Making all necessary arrangements for school events as directed by the Deputy Headteachers
Organising refreshments for meetings

Knowledge of MS Outlook and SIMS is essential for the role
