Contract: Full-time, Term Time + 3 weeks

A well-regarded primary school in Harrow is seeking an experienced and highly organised School Business Manager to join their senior leadership team from September.

Role Overview:

• Leading on finance, HR, premises, compliance, and administration

• Managing budgets, procurement, and financial reporting

• Supporting the Headteacher and Governors with strategic planning

• Overseeing office and site teams to ensure smooth school operations

Requirements:

• Must have recent experience as a School Business Manager in a UK primary school

• Strong understanding of school finance systems, HR processes, and compliance

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
