Salary: £52,000 - £56,000 per annum (depending on experience)

School Business Manager to join our vibrant and inclusive school community in Haringey.
About the RoleAs School Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership team, overseeing the school's financial management, HR, premises, and administrative functions. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school's operations, enabling our staff and students to thrive.Key Responsibilities

• Lead on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Manage HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and staff wellbeing
• Oversee premises management, health & safety, and compliance
• Line manage administrative and support staff
• Work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to support strategic planning

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a school business or operations management role
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of school funding
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CSBM, DSBM, or equivalent) are desirable
