This is a key leadership role, ensuring the efficient running of school finances, facilities, and resources while supporting the wider school community.Key Duties

• Manage school finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and compliance.
• Lead the management of school facilities, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for financial efficiency and resource management.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with financial and educational regulations.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support the school's vision and objectives.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in financial management, HR, or business administration within a school setting.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
