The Role:

• Take full ownership of the school’s finance operations, from day-to-day transactions to strategic financial planning

• Lead the production of monthly management accounts and be the driving force behind accurate forecasting and budgeting

• Coordinate the full year-end process and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth close-down

• Partner with senior leadership to provide insights that directly shape school-wide decisions

• Improve processes and champion financial efficiency across the board

• School experience is absolutely essential – non-negotiable

• Confident user of FMS and Excel

• Strong communicator who enjoys working with others and building relationships

• Organised, proactive and adaptable in a busy, multi-tasking environment

5 days a week, term-time only – ideal for someone who wants meaningful work with a strong work-life balance.
Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 (Pro Rata)
