Tradewind is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the SK4 area of Stockport, seeking a dedicated and experienced School Caretaker to join their team.

This full-time role involves working afternoon shifts and is ideally suited to a candidate with prior experience in a caretaker or similar facilities role. The school is easily accessible from Manchester and offers a supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a caretaker, site manager, or in a related role

• Be proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative

• Be responsible for maintaining site security, cleanliness, and minor repairs

• Support the school's health and safety procedures

• Work closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager
