What the Role Involves

Opening and locking up the school site and keeping it secure
Routine maintenance, minor repairs and general upkeep of the buildings and grounds
Health and safety checks, and reporting any issues
Setting up rooms and equipment for lessons and events
Working with school staff and contractors

Who You Are

Experienced as a caretaker, site manager or in a similar premises or maintenance role, ideally in a school
Practical, reliable and proactive, with a good eye for health and safety
Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for a site
Holding an up-to-date enhanced DBS (essential)
Eligible to work in the UK
