• Operational Excellence: Keeping a large, busy campus running smoothly. You will manage the utilities, oversee internal climates, and ensure all statutory compliance documents are up to date and ready for inspection.

• Security & Key Holding: You will be the guardian of the campus. This involves managing the daily lock-up, responding to alarm activations, and ensuring all students and staff feel safe within the school gates.

• Maintenance & Improvement: You will be encouraged to "own" your site. Whether it’s improving a classroom layout or conducting preventative maintenance, your impact will be felt across the entire school every single day.
