Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Monitoring heating and ventilation systems to ensure optimal learning conditions across all classrooms and offices.

• Preventative Maintenance: Implementing a rolling programme of minor repairs and aesthetic improvements to keep the school looking its best.

• Cleaning Supervision: Working alongside the cleaning team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitization are maintained site-wide.

• Asset Management: Monitoring and ordering maintenance stock, tools, and cleaning supplies to ensure the team is always fully equipped.
