School Cover Supervisor - Newport

As we start the new term, Equal Education Partners are looking for passionate and experienced Cover Supervisors to work in English Medium Secondary Schools in Newport. 

You will work on a day-to-day basis within schools working in partnership with EEP. 

You will receive career support from a specialist Education Consultant, as well as the flexibility to work on days that suit your needs. 

Requirements

- Effectively manage the behaviour of classes up to 30 pupils. 

- Encourage pupils to interact in the classroom. 

- Support pupils to complete tasks when needed. 

- Collect completed work and return it to the class teacher. 

To be considered for the role, you will need:

- Relevant experience of 40+ days across the last 2 years.

- The ability to deal with challenging behaviour in the classroom. 

- An understanding of the National Curriculum. 

Benefits
