Your new role
We are looking to appoint a determined and dynamic individual, committed to driving up standards in the school. To be successful in this role you will

• Lead the management and maintenance of school data systems, ensuring accurate and timely collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee the recording and tracking of key student metrics, including assessment results, attendance, behaviour, and academic progress.
• Ensure data systems are robust, user-friendly, and provide meaningful insights to support teaching and learning.
• Coordinate and manage the smooth delivery of Key Stage 3 examinations and mock assessments.
• Work closely with teaching and leadership teams to ensure data informs strategic decisions and supports student outcomes.
