We Do Data are working closely with a school in Bristol who are looking to appoint a Data Manager to manage and develop the School's Management Information System.
This role is at a secondary school - Ofsted rated ‘Good’ - which sits within a Multi-Academy Trust.
The team are very supportive and inclusive; the wider organisation has a collaborative approach which offers plenty of scope to learn and develop within the role and opportunity to progress within the group.
Responsibilities will include: Analysis of student performance data Assessment and reporting Training on data interpretation to SLT Managing/leading the Data Assistant Successful applicants will have: Exceptional attention to detail Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Excel) Strong reporting and analytical skills Strong leadership and project management skills Experience using SIMS, or other School Management Information Systems Experience with SISRA, or other school analytical tools In return, my client is offering: Professional development progression plans, including coaching Close-knit friendly team Professional development opportunities (collaborating with teams in the wider trust) Local Government Pension Free onsite parking This position is term time only (TTO), plus up to 10 additional days of work.
