School Effectiveness Lead (Standards & Inclusion)

I'm looking for a School Effectiveness Lead (Standards & Inclusion) to join a Local Authority in the North West.

£500 per day - Inside IR35

Interim contractThe role will lead strategic school improvement, standards and inclusion, working closely with Headteachers, school leaders and wider Local Authority services.

You'll be responsible for:

Providing support and challenge to school leaders
Leading school improvement activity
Driving educational standards and outcomes
Strategic leadership across inclusion and education
Analysing educational performance data
Leading and managing a School Effectiveness team
Supporting leadership, SENCO and curriculum development
Overseeing Alternative Provision and wider inclusion initiatives(Previous senior school leadership and/or Local Authority school improvement experience is essential.)
