School Finance & Administration Officer

Location: Southwark, South East London
Position: Finance & Administration Officer
Contract: Full-Time - Ongoing
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay: £16-£21 per hour
Start: ASAP

Remedy Education are looking for an experienced School Finance & Administration Officer to support a school based in Camberwell. This is a full-time position combining finance support and general school office administration.

The Role:

Monday-Wednesday: Providing finance support
Thursday-Friday: Providing general office administration support
Processing invoices, payments and financial records
Supporting day-to-day school finance procedures
Handling general administrative and office duties
Responding to enquiries from staff, parents and visitors
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting the wider school office team as requiredRequirements:

Previous finance experience is essential
School finance or school administration experience is highly desirable
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident working with financial systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Able to confidently manage both finance and general administration responsibilities
Available full-time, Monday to FridayThis is ideal for someone with strong finance experience who is also confident supporting a busy school office.
