The Role

You will help maintain the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the school’s financial processes, working closely with the School Business Manager and wider support team.

Your responsibilities include:

Processing purchase orders, invoices, and payments

Handling income streams, reconciliations, and financial adjustments

Maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial files

Supporting staff with budget monitoring and expenditure guidance

Handling finance-linked administration for trips, events, and resources

Preparing data for monthly finance reports

Liaising with suppliers, auditors, and internal teams

Supporting payroll reviews and financial HR tasks

Ensuring financial systems remain compliant with regulatory expectations
