This school is seeking an experienced and skilled ICT Manager to lead the school's ICT infrastructure and services. As ICT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ICT systems, supporting teaching and learning, and driving innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesICT Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain the school's ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and devices.
• Ensure the security and integrity of ICT systems, implementing measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Plan and implement ICT upgrades and developments.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students.
• Troubleshoot ICT issues, resolving problems efficiently.
• Develop and maintain ICT documentation and procedures.

Strategy and Development

• Develop and implement the school's ICT strategy, aligning with educational goals.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborative with teachers to integrate ICT into curriculum planning.

Requirements

• Relevant ICT qualifications (e.g., degree in Computer Science, ICT, or related field).
• Experience in ICT management or support, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of ICT systems, networks, and devices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
