Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and students, resolving ICT-related issues promptly.
• Maintain and update computer systems, networks, and hardware across the school.
• Monitor and ensure the security of school systems, data, and software.
• Manage ICT inventory, including the ordering and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with the ICT coordinator to implement new technologies and systems.
• Deliver training to staff and students on the effective use of ICT resources.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
• Relevant qualifications in ICT
