Role: School ICT Technician (MSP)
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

The company work exclusively within the education sector, providing support to primary schools across the North West. They are looking to bolster their Technical Team to service Schools in the Crewe, Cheshire area.

** Microsoft Windows and Server operating system knowledge

Responsibilities:
** Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.
** Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.
** Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.
** Provide hands on advice and guidance to the schools to help develop their IT network.
** Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
