As an ICT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and developing the schools' ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology integration across the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot the school's network, hardware and software.
• Provide technical assistance and support to teachers, staff, and students.
• Manage and maintain school devices, including laptops, desktops, and tablets.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the school's ICT systems.
• Assist with technical projects, including implementation and testing.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified to Level 3 in ICT or a related field.
• Previous experience in an ICT support role within a school environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICT systems, networks, and devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
