If you have strong customer service skills then this School Liaison Officer role will offer you the opportunity to use these skills to the full.

- Providing a friendly and polite first point of contact for students, staff and guests

- Responding efficiently to telephone, email and in-person enquiries or queries

- Referring enquiries to the correct department or person within the campus

- Creating engaging posters, emails and newsletters to communicate important information

- Playing a key role during new student induction periods throughout the year

- Providing support for Board and committee meetings by preparing required documentation
