Location: Northampton, UK

Start Date: September 2024

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 09:00 and 15:25 - 17:25 (slight flexibility required)

About Us: We are a large and vibrant secondary school in Northampton, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our students. We are seeking a highly reliable and committed individual to join our team as a School Minibus Driver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school, ensuring punctuality and adherence to the schedule.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the minibus, performing regular safety checks.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit, following all road safety regulations and school policies.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
• Report any incidents or concerns to the school administration promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent driving record with no recent endorsements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the role.
• Ability to manage and ensure the safety of a group of students during transit.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
