School Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Location: Oxted, Surrey

Duration: Temporary position from 3rd June until Christmas (or October half term at the earliest)

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions with excellent customer service skills.
Perform basic administration tasks using Microsoft Office.
Maintain an organized reception area.
Coordinate with school staff and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to commit to the specified duration.
Enhanced DBS check (this can be applied for through the agency)
