What you will do in your working day

• Answering the door and telephone
• Answering emails
• Monitoring pupil attendance
• Checking lunch orders
• Assisting with social media
• Organising newspaper articles
• Taking photos around the school of different activities and maintaining the photo log
• Assisting with the newsletter
• General office duties

The training you will be getting

• Training will take place one day per week during term time at Grantham College, Stonebridge Road, Grantham NG31 9AP
• Upon successful completion, the apprentice will be awarded the Business Administrator standard (level 3) qualification
• Additional in-house training at the school will include paediatric first aid, safeguarding, Prevent and social media advertising

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Following this apprenticeship, the apprentice could choose to take another apprenticeship such as HR Support (level 3) or to do a higher level apprenticeship.
