About the role
This school is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable School Premises Officer to take charge of the management and upkeep of the school buildings and grounds. Your role will be vital in ensuring that the premises remain secure, clean, and well-maintained, creating a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain the school site, including opening and locking the premises daily.
• Perform regular inspections, basic maintenance, and necessary repairs.
• Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the school buildings and grounds.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialised maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain records of checks, repairs, and services.
• Act promptly to address emergencies and unforeseen incidents.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or general facilities management in an educational setting.
