Description

Manage the student experience, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritised.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain the efficient running of facilities and services.
Supervise and manage domestic staff, ensuring effective training and development.
Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery within agreed financial parameters.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all facilities and services.
Develop and implement policies to improve the quality of domestic and student services.
