The Role

As the first point of contact for the school, you will create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for students, staff, parents and visitors. Key duties include:

• Managing reception, phones and general enquiries


• Greeting visitors and maintaining safeguarding signing-in processes


• Coordinating student late arrivals and early departures


• Managing emails and distributing information to staff


• Supporting general administration such as letters, reports and filing
