School Site Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive School Site Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our educational institution's premises. Reporting to the Bursar, you will ensure the facilities are well-maintained, safe, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Caretaking/Porterage: Maintain site cleanliness, manage key holding and emergency call-outs, move furniture and supplies, manage car park, and drive the school minibus.
• Cleaning: Monitor contractors, handle spillages, clean furnishings, and refill consumables.
• Estates Maintenance: Record repairs, undertake minor works, report defects, and monitor grounds maintenance.
• Events: Set up for events and support weekend/evening activities.
• Health & Safety: Conduct inspections, develop safety processes, assist in fire evacuations, ensure compliance, and patrol for hazards.
• Maintenance & Projects: Maintain records, manage projects within regulations and budgets.
• Building Systems: Manage all mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Other Duties: Manage stock levels, assist in creating a Site Management Manual, and update policies.

Working Conditions:

• Hours: 12-6pm full-time.
• Salary: £35,000 per annum.
