• Role: Experienced Site/Premises Manager (Dual Site)

• Location: Meopham and Culverstone areas, Gravesend, Kent.


• Start Date: Permanent, full-time role commencing As soon as possible.

The Opportunity & Contract Profile

Join a dedicated Multi-Academy Trust to oversee the operational functions of two school sites within close proximity. This critical, hands-on role requires a professional to ensure the security, maintenance, and compliance across both primary and secondary environments. We seek a proactive leader ready to manage all premises staff and operations.

• Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).


• Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Split across the two sites: 24 hours at the Academy, 13 hours at the Primary School).

Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope

• Management & Security: Leading all premises staff; acting as the designated key holder for security and out-of-hours emergencies.


• Maintenance & Compliance: Procuring quotes and managing contractors; performing minor repairs; ensuring full Health & Safety compliance (checks and record-keeping).


• Operations: Responsible for general portage (moving furniture), training other premises staff, and facilitating school lettings.
