We're working with a range of schools across Penzance and the surrounding area, who are looking for passionate and reliable staff to join their teams. Whether you're looking to work as a Teaching Assistant, Pastoral Mentor, SEN Support Worker, or in another support role, we have opportunities to match your skills and experience.

About the Roles

• Classroom support - working alongside teachers to help pupils engage in learning

• One-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs

• Pastoral roles - supporting behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing

• Opportunities in both primary and secondary schools, as well as specialist settings

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (education, childcare, youth work or similar)

• A calm, proactive, and supportive approach

• A good communicator with the ability to build strong relationships

• An understanding of safeguarding and inclusion

• Flexibility and a willingness to get involved in the wider school community
