Are you a passionate Science or Maths graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious academic school?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science or Maths Graduate - Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a renowned secondary school in West London.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students, focusing on improving their subject understanding, communication skills, specifically with students who also have additional learning needs.
Collaborate with Science and Maths teachers to deliver engaging and interactive lessons, catering to the individual needs of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student engagement and participation.
Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities related to English, such as literary clubs, debating societies, or drama productions.Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Science/Maths or a related field.
Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their educational and personal development.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
