We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated Science Graduates to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Science graduate who is considering a career in teaching, particularly those interested in progressing towards teacher training.

The Role

As a Science Graduate, you will:

* Support students across Biology, Chemistry and Physics

* Work alongside Science teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons

* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students

* Help students develop their confidence, understanding and enthusiasm for Science

* Assist with classroom management and encourage positive behaviour

* Support students who may need additional help with their learning

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

* Holds a degree in a Science-related subject

* Has a genuine passion for Science and education

* Communicates confidently and effectively

* Is enthusiastic, patient and approachable

* Has a positive attitude and a strong desire to make a difference

* Is interested in pursuing a future career in teaching

Previous experience working with children or young people would be beneficial but is not essential.
