The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experienced instructor with relevant subject specialism
  • Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
  • A positive, flexible and resilient mindset with a passion for SEN education
  • Experience working with students in SEMH/SEN settings is desirable, but not essential
  • Willingness to engage in continued professional development and training

What’s On Offer:

  • A highly supportive and collaborative working environment
  • Excellent opportunities for career development and internal progression
  • Ongoing training tailored to your professional growth
  • A chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people
  • Free school meals during term time
  • Varied, fulfilling and dynamic daily responsibilities - no two days are the same!
