Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Science Teacher ready to spark curiosity and make learning come alive? A thriving secondary school in Basildon is looking for a dynamic educator to join their science department from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role is perfect for Early Career Teachers as well as more experienced professionals seeking a fresh opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging science lessons across KS3 and KS4.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • QTS and a degree in a science-related subject (essential).
  • Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for science and a desire to make it exciting and accessible.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
  • Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
