About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and informative Science lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.


• Cultivate a stimulating and safe learning environment that fosters a love of exploration, critical thinking, and scientific understanding.


• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core scientific principles and practical laboratory skills.


• Stay abreast of advancements in the Science field and integrate them seamlessly into the curriculum.


• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Science department and contribute to school-wide events.

We Seek a Candidate Who:

• Possesses a valid QTS in Science or a closely related discipline.


• Demonstrates a fervent passion for science and a captivating teaching style.


• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.


• Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.


• Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being. (Experience in a Catholic school setting a plus).
