The Role:

• Teach Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts, principles, and applications.


• Contribute to the development of a dynamic and enriching Science curriculum that caters to a range of learning styles and abilities, and prepares students for success in GCSE examinations.


• Encourage students to develop their practical skills through hands-on experiments, investigations, and research projects.


• Play an active role in the school's extracurricular programme, leading science clubs, organizing science fairs, and supporting students in their academic pursuits.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a genuine passion for Science education.


• Demonstrate a strong understanding of scientific concepts and principles across the secondary curriculum.


• Be an engaging and enthusiastic teacher with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
