Your Role as a Science Teacher:

🔹 Plan and deliver engaging and practical Science lessons tailored to meet the needs of students in a PRU setting.
🔹 Create a structured and supportive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence.
🔹 Differentiate learning to support students with varied abilities and learning styles.
🔹 Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to provide holistic support.
🔹 Inspire students by making Science relevant, exciting, and accessible.
🔹 Develop and implement individual learning plans to track progress and ensure student success.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Science Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
✅ Experience teaching Science at secondary level, preferably in an alternative provision or SEN setting.
✅ A patient, flexible, and resilient teaching approach.
✅ Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to inclusion.
✅ Passion for supporting students in a PRU environment.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
