Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and rigorous Science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love of learning and scientific inquiry.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic excellence and personal growth.


• Collaborate with colleagues within the Science department and across the wider school community to enhance teaching and learning practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.


• Demonstrated experience teaching Science at the secondary level, preferably within a Catholic educational setting.


• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Science and a commitment to upholding the school's Catholic values.
