Experience and Qualifications Required

• Experience in a laboratory or school Science department (highly desirable)




• Understanding of chemicals, apparatus and experiment setup




• Strong working knowledge of COSHH, CLEAPSS and health & safety requirements




• Ability to prepare resources, manage stock and maintain equipment




• Organised, reliable and confident working independently and as part of a team

Salary

This Science Technician role will be paid on a permanent contract in line with the support staff pay scale.
