Experience and Qualifications Required

• Experience working in a laboratory or school science department (desirable)




• Strong knowledge of lab equipment, chemicals and safety procedures




• Understanding of CLEAPSS and COSHH guidance




• Ability to prepare materials, set up experiments and maintain equipment




• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Salary

The salary for this Science Technician position will be paid on a permanent contract in line with the support staff pay scale.
